Domestic (United States)
Eligible merchandise may be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a refund, merchandise must:
- Be unworn and unwashed.
- Be in its original condition.
- Have all original garment tags attached.
- Be returned in its original clear protective garment bag.
We are pleased to offer complimentary return shipping for eligible domestic returns.
If you would like a different size, color, or style, simply return your eligible item for a refund and place a new order through our website.
International Orders
Eligible merchandise may be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery.

International customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Royal Palms love & legacy cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during transit.
Original shipping charges, duties, taxes, and import fees are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled at any time prior to fulfillment. Once an order has been fulfilled, this Return & Refund Policy applies.
Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund to your account.
