At Royal Palms love & legacy, every order is carefully prepared and inspected before leaving our California studio. From checkout to delivery, we’re committed to providing a shipping experience that reflects the same care and attention as the garments inside each package.

Domestic (United States)

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM Eastern Time, or on weekends or holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment.

Shipping options, estimated delivery dates, and shipping charges are displayed during checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

International Orders

Royal Palms love & legacy is pleased to offer international shipping to customers in select countries.

International shipping rates, available delivery options, and applicable duties and taxes (where available) are calculated during checkout based on your destination.

Depending on your destination country’s regulations, duties, taxes, or import fees may either be collected during checkout or become payable upon delivery.

Delivery times vary by destination, carrier, and customs processing.

While every effort is made to ensure timely delivery, customs inspections and other circumstances beyond our control may occasionally result in shipping delays.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

You’ll receive an order confirmation email shortly after your purchase has been completed.

Once your order has shipped, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information so you can follow your package throughout its journey.

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. Once an order has entered processing, we may be unable to modify the shipping address.

Delivery dates are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and cannot be guaranteed. Severe weather, carrier disruptions, customs processing, and other circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery times.
